In the 16th match of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 11, Lahore Qalandars set a modest target of 101 runs for Islamabad United at the National Cricket Stadium in Karachi on Wednesday. After winning the toss, Islamabad United opted to field first, a decision that paid immediate dividends as their bowlers kept the Qalandars’ batting line-up under sustained pressure throughout the innings.
Lahore Qalandars struggled to build momentum and were eventually bowled out for just 100 runs in 18.3 overs. The batting unit failed to deliver collectively, with only a few players making notable contributions.
Sikandar Raza top-scored with 25 runs, while Haseebullah Khan added 19 and Asif Ali chipped in with 15. However, the rest of the batting order collapsed without offering significant resistance.
